So in this process model, it shows that it starts with a request of a report. From there, is a question of if the report already exists, if the answer is yes, then the report is ran, and the process is over. In the case where the report doesn't already exist, then a template is created then it is tested with the department users, from there, the question "does the report meet the requirements?" is asked, and if the answer is "yes", then the report is ran, and the process os over. In the case where the answer is "no", then the template is adjusted, and tested again, then the question "does report meet requirements?' is asked again, if the answer is "no" again, the the process keeps repeating itself until the report meets the requirements, and then they can run the report.
